Specialist Architectural Design Services

Linked to providing a full Project Management service which includes a contract between the Employer/Client, the Main Contractor and the Contract Administrator (Arcteck Designs) we will provide a written specification for the works to include Contract Particulars and Preliminaries, a Schedule/Scope of the Works and Material Specification & Workmanship clauses based on the National Building Specification standard clauses.  

Certain projects may only require an individual Material/Workmanship Specification for a Contractor to work from, these can be provided upon request.
