Full Project Management involves the supervision of a contract between an Employer/Client and a Main Contractor with Arcteck Designs acting as the Contract Administrator, managing the Design Team (Employer, Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer and any other Consultants) and the Contractor to execute the successful outcome of the contract/works, in an impartial manner.

The duty of the Contractor Administrator includes signing off certificates of payment due to the contractor, normally at monthly intervals, issuing variation instructions if required and practical completion & defects completion certificates etc.
