Linked to the full Project Management Service, once the drawing & specification package has been produced and individual contractors have been asked to submit bids for the project, we will undertake a detailed analysis of the tenders received and advise the client accordingly with our recommendations of acceptance.   

Not all projects go to competitive tender and sometimes a negotiation route with one contractor is recommended.
